With a population of 1,141,166 million people, and the population density reaches 117 people per square kilometer, according to the statistics of 2013, the population speaks two official languages: the Turkish language, the Greek language, and minorities who speak the Cypriot language and the Armenian language.

- Konos Bay Beach: It is one of the most beautiful beaches in Cyprus, and it is characterized by crowding in the summer.
- Aphrodite’s Rock: Located near the city of Paphos, specifically off the coast of Western Cyprus, it is a Greek shrine existing to this day.
- Paphos City: It is one of the smallest Cypriot cities located on the southwest coast of the island.
- Akamas Park Reserve: It is located in the far northwestern side of the island, and contains a large number of rare plants and animals.
