Thailand tourist visa

Travelers to Thailand can apply for a tourist visa that usually ranges from three to six months, and it is allowed to enter the country with it more than once, but entry fees must be paid each time. From the day of entry with this visa, a tourist can stay for a period of 30 to 60 days as a maximum.

Types of tourist visas to Thailand

There are two types of Thailand tourist visas:
A one-time entry visa, which is valid for three months from the date of application. The length of stay with this visa is limited to sixty days.
Multiple entry visa, which is valid for six months from the date of its issuance. The length of stay with this visa is up to 60 days with every entry into the country within the validity period of the visa.

How to apply for a visa to Thailand

Anyone wishing to obtain a tourist visa to visit Thailand must present a passport that is valid for at least six months, with two photographs. The applicant must also fill out the visa application form, as well as provide proof of departure from the country (return flight tickets), in addition to evidence that he has sufficient funds.
After completing the application form and providing all the required documents, the application must be submitted to the nearest Thai embassy or consulate.

Travel without a visa

Thailand allows citizens of Argentina, Peru, Brazil, Chile and South Korea to visit them without a visa, and to stay there for a maximum period of 90 days.
As for the passport holders of the following countries, they do not need a visa to enter the country, and they can stay for 14 days if they come by road, and 30 days if they come by air:
Australia – Austria – Belgium – Bahrain – Brunei – Canada – Czech Republic – Denmark – Estonia – Finland – France – Germany – Greece – Hong Kong – Hungary – Iceland – Indonesia – Ireland – Italy – Japan – Kuwait – Laos – Liechtenstein – Luxembourg – Macau – Malaysia – Monaco – Mongolia – Netherlands – New Zealand – Norway – Oman – Philippines – Poland – Portugal – Qatar – Russia – Singapore – Slovakia – Slovenia – Spain – South Africa – Sweden – Switzerland – Turkey – United Arab Emirates – United Kingdom and the states United States – Vietnam M.
