The Vigeland Park is one of Norway’s most popular tourist spots, especially in the city of Oslo, and it is worth noting that it is the largest sculptural park made by one artist in the world, which represents the life of sculptor Gustav Vigeland.
The garden includes more than 200 sculptures of bronze, granite and wrought iron, and the artist Vigeland was responsible for the architectural design of the garden.
The park dates back to the middle of the last century and took 10 years to complete, occupying more than 32 hectares of Frogner Park.
The sculptures are lined in five units along 850 meters of the park, and include the main gate, bridge, museum, fountain, plateau and wheel of life.
