Plaza de Espana, or Spain Square, was built during the Spanish exhibition of 1929, and it is considered one of the largest intersections of the city of Barcelona
The square connects several major roads and some important bypass roads, and is located at the foot of Montjuic Hill, near the city’s main transportation center.

• Then head towards the 47-meter-high Venice Towers, built in the style of the St. Mark’s Bell Tower in Venice.

You can also visit the National Palace, located near the Magic Fountain, and includes a museum of ancient Romen art, and offers free various programs for its visitors.
• Several buildings are worth visiting, near the square, which were built with artistic architectural designs during the Spanish exhibition in 1929, such as the Siwan Barcelona.
• And of course you can enjoy a shopping tour at Arenas de Barcelona Mall, the building that used to be a bullring circuit until 2011.
