Since the arrival of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense to the French Republic on an official visit, everyone has reported the news of signing more than 12 memoranda of understanding in the fields of tourism, energy and transportation between French and Saudi companies, as French sources have suggested Saudi Arabia and France signed an agreement for huge tourism and cultural projects in the northwestern Al-Ula region, including the construction of two museums along the lines of the famous French Louvre Museum.

The agreement, which will be for a renewable period of 10 years, includes the establishment of huge museums on large areas with world-class levels, as well as covering the fields of archeology, cultural displays, infrastructure and transportation, as well as the establishment of a historical and archaeological research center in Al-Ula, and training more than 150 Saudis in the fields of tourism and culture.
