The Mustansiriya School

The Al-Mustansiriya School was built in the era of the Abbasid Caliph Al-Mustansir Billah, and its construction lasted for a period of up to six years, between the two Hijri years (625-631), and this school is one of the oldest schools that still exist in its construction to this day; it is a comprehensive school The four doctrines of Islamic law, as this school included in its old building a hospital, a pharmacy, and a library believed to have been destroyed by the Mongols when they invaded Baghdad.
