The number of Bahrain islands is thirty-three natural islands and some of the artificial islands, and from the islands:
- Bahrain Island: which is considered one of the largest islands, and its capital is the city of Manama, and its land area is 590.7 km2.
- Bahrain Island: Bay, known as Lulu Island, has a land area of 2.32 km2.
- Hawar Island: Its capital is Doha Hawar, and its land area is 53.5 km2.
- Aldar Island: It has a land area of 0.04 km2, and its capital is the Falkland Resort.
- Jeddah Island: It has a land area of 0.48 km2, and its capital is Jeddah Palace.
- Amwaj Island: It is an artificial island, with a land area of 4.31 km2, and its capital is Amwaj.
- Muharraq Island: It has a land area of 49.3 km2, and its capital is Muharraq.
- Umm Al-Sabban Island: With a land area of 0.23 km2, its capital is Umm Al-Sabban.
- Sheikh Khalifa Bin Salman Island: With a land area of 0.35 km2, its capital is Prince Khalifa Bin Salman Park.
- King’s Island: Fahd and its capital are the border station, and its land area is 0.88 km2.
- Diyar Al Muharraq Island: It is an artificial island with a land area of 12.0 km 2, and its capital, Diyar Al Muharraq.
- Nabih Saleh Island: It has a land area of 1.3 km 2, and its capital is Nabih Saleh.
- Durrat Al Bahrain Island: It is a group of man-made islands, with a land area of 20.0 km2, and its capital Durrat Al Bahrain.
- Umm al-Na`san Island, with a land area of 20.0 km2, and its capital, Umm al-Na`san.
- Qasar Qulaia Island, with a land area of 0.13 km2.
- Northern City Island: It is an island under construction with a land area of 7.0 km 2.
- Halat Al Naeem Island: It is two islands that contacted together, with a land area of 0.27 km2, and its capital is the state of Naeem.

- Nurana Island: Its capital is south of Nurana, and its land area is 2.32 km2.
