Keelung Seafood Restaurant
Keelung, named after the stilts of local fishermen along the lines of Riau Archipelago, is a seafood restaurant built on wooden stilts overlooking the waters of the northeastern tip of Bintan. This “floating” restaurant allows you to enjoy fresh choices caught from the local waters. The menu is a good mix of Chinese and Indonesian style dishes. These foods are also offered with a minimum order of 500 grams of crabs for Rs. 975,000.

Baan Aarya Thai Restaurant
Baan Aarya welcomes you to a Thai-style suite surrounded by lush private gardens. Here you can enjoy exquisite Thai cuisine indoors or outdoors overlooking the beautiful sea view of the South China Sea. Options on the menu include healthy dishes, fresh seafood, and fresh local seafood. Starting with fresh spring rolls and papaya salads, and in Thai chicken and chicken fried by the main stream, you’ll be surprised by some herbs and spices that are obtained directly from their own gardens. Prices range from $ 15 USD for simple meals and up to $ 130 USD for full food for two on a feast.

Rin Japanese Restaurant
This is the only place to head to Japanese cuisine on Bintan Island. Rin brings you a wonderful day or night experience with beautiful décor and high-quality dishes prepared by the Japanese chef. You can choose to dine indoors or out with sea views on the cozy veranda. Chef’s recommendation is Kaiseki, a traditional 8-course Japanese dinner with signature dishes including local sea snails from Gong Gong prepared in Japanese style, to a delicious selection of sashimi and dumplings, all for $ 68 per person.

Rice Beach Restaurant
Rice is the signature restaurant of the Bintan Lagoon Resort, which consists of two floors overlooking the white sands on the north coast of Bintan and the South China Sea. It is also the largest restaurant on the island, and can accommodate just over 300 guests. The interiors are bright, and feature a very simple design with high floor-to-ceiling windows that enable all restaurant visitors to enjoy views of the sea view behind them. From the menu, Asian favorites are served alongside western selections, such as fried rice, as well as shrimp, pepper, and burger sandwiches.

Saffron in Banyan Tree Resort
Saffron restaurant in Banyan Tree Resort offers five-star dining and features authentic Thai dishes with a modern twist prepared by the Thai resident chef. The restaurant is well designed with a balcony offering beautiful sea views. Among the Thai and Asian cuisines that can be tasted from the menu include Masaman beef, chicken and cashew, as well as chicken satay, crunchy fried shrimp cakes, pomelo salad and soft shell crab. Sea Inam Seafood Restaurant
The budget-friendly Sea Anam Restaurant is located near Tanjung Pinang, which offers a wide range of seafood dishes in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, as well as great sea views. The outdoor dining deck above water is the preferred area. Meals are generous and good to share, with favorite choices that include lobster, shrimp, calamari, clams and many other types of fresh local fishing. Although it is not air-conditioned, it is airy with the cool sea breeze, day and night. Besides the diversity of shared seafood, you can also try Chinese dishes like fried rice, fried pasta and dumplings.
