The length of the Kingdom’s coasts on the Gulf of Aqaba, the Red Sea and the Arabian Gulf was reflected in the number of its affiliated islands, as Saudi Arabia became the first Arab country in its possession of marine islands, whose number exceeds 1,300 islands of different size.
In addition to being an invaluable wealth, due to the presence of precious minerals and petroleum, sandy beaches, coral barriers, mountain heights, vegetative pools, and endless features, the Saudi islands enjoy a great importance in tourism and the services they provide to tourists as they enjoy diving in their hidden secrets, and lying on their shores Charming, swimming in its clear waters, which qualifies it to be a tourist destination for fishing, diving and recreation in most seasons.
In this context, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs published a video clip showing the natural beauty and environmental diversity of 4 islands distributed in several regions, the first being the Forsan Islands, which is a group of islands located in the southern part of the Red Sea, and which is affiliated with the Jizan region located in the western side of the Kingdom.
The number of these islands, which have an area of about fifty thousand square kilometers, includes 150 islands, including Farasan, As-Suwayd, Qamah and Damsak, and they contain traces, most notably the Ottoman Castle and the village of Al-Qassar, and are considered a strategic crossing for marine navigation.
As for the second island presented by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it is Paradise Island, which is located on the eastern shore of the Kingdom overlooking the Arabian Gulf, and is about 35 km north of the city of Jubail, and about 22 km east of the concrete region and an area of 5.4 km 2.
The island is a crossing point for migratory birds from the eastern regions, and is characterized by the presence of many fresh water sources from wells, springs, springs, and beautifully equipped sandy beaches, as it has enough tourist and archaeological areas to attract tourists.
The mountain island of Kadembel is located in the Red Sea, and it is affiliated with the center of Al-Qahma in the Asir region. It covers an area of 3 km2.
It is one of the most beautiful exotic marine phenomena, it contains a sandy beach, and it is intended for migratory birds and falcons, so it attracts lovers of hunting birds, because there are several types of them, such as falcons, as well as different types of pigeon birds, including the encircled and similar to the sanctuary bath.
The Island of Inventory
While the island of inventory was the fourth island presented by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and is one of the islands located in the Red Sea, and follows the region of Asir, southwest of Saudi Arabia, while the area of the island is about 1.1 km2.
And the island of the island has natural ingredients that qualify it to be one of the most prominent tourist places in the near future, moreover it is distinguished by white sands adjacent to its beaches, coral reefs and various trees not more than a meter in height called “mangroves”.
