Copenhagen

Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark, is one of the most livable cities in the world. A very elegant place, and you find the Danish design mirrored on everything: streets, buildings, shops, cafes, food … There is a wide range of cultural monuments on display in the capital, where you can start exploring art collections or Vikings history in the royal palaces, and then immersed in Islamic Art Delights in a New Classic Palace. And don’t miss the trendy Danish restaurants.

Aarhus

Founded by the Viking, Aarhus is the second largest city in the country. It was named the European Capital of Culture in 2020 due to its wealth of attractions. The wonders of architecture are many in this lively city, and there is a thriving artistic and cultural scene. The city also witnesses many festivals and events throughout the year. With a wide range of shopping options, lots of great restaurants and some cafes, Aarhus welcomes more visitors to its streets every year.

Odense

Odense is the birthplace of Hans Christian Andersen, the writer who illuminated the world with his literary creations. Therefore, there are many museums, sculptures, and sights dedicated to his work in the city. In Odense, full of life, there are a number of great museums and art galleries, as well as a beautiful zoo. There is an interesting village, more than a thousand years old, full of historical buildings for visitors who want to know more about the city’s past. Quiet gardens sprout around the city, and there are plenty of vibrant cafes.

Aalborg

With the recently restored seafront in the heart of the city, Aalborg is trying to rejuvenate itself at the expense of the industrial parts of the city. The waterfront stretch on both sides of the Limford Road – the narrow strait of water that cuts Gotland in two parts – is now a beautiful place to stroll.

With a 16th-century castle and a beautiful medieval old town, as well as a nearby Viking burial site, there is more than enough to visit the city. Aalborg is also famous for its bustling nightlife, from which you can explore the surrounding area.

Fredericksburg

One of the most prestigious Danish cities, there are royal gardens and palaces in Frederiksberg for visitors to explore. Lush broad streets lined with grand palaces and beautiful gardens. It also has the Copenhagen Zoo, some great museums, and many fine restaurants and shops. So it is a quiet and great place to try.
