Champohan Waterfall is located in the Sukasada Regency area, about 16 km from the popular tourist area of Yugal. It is also about 66 km from the city of Denpasar, and about 20 km from the Secumbul Falls.
Shambohan Waterfall Description
Unlike the rest of the waterfalls on Bali Island that are usually found in the highlands, Champohan Waterfall is located in the middle of residential places, clubs and gardens, and the waterfall is an hour and a half drive from the center of Bali. The Champohan Waterfall was officially opened to the public in 2004 and is about 500 meters from the parking lots at the entrance to this waterfall. The Shambohan Waterfall nourishes two rivers: the Yei Lambah River and the Dalim Pangang River.
Champohan Waterfalls have three large and distant waterfalls, but one of the most famous is the waterfall above. Many trees, plants, and crops are dotted on the road to the waterfall, which includes cloves, coffee and cocoa crops. The weather in the waterfall region is very nice and nature captivates the eye, and on the way to the waterfalls you will find a mountainous area paved for children to play on. Shambohan Waterfall consists of several levels, so it is not recommended to get very close to the waterfall, as the waterfall that can be used for swimming is the waterfall at the top where the water depth is only two meters and is characterized by calm water, while the other waterfall has a depth of 8 meters and is considered a great risk when Swimming in its waters.
