The Bait Al Qura’an Museum is a comprehensive Islamic center in Bahrain that serves the Holy Qur’an and its sciences. Since its establishment in 1990, the museum has enjoyed the reverence of scholars, scholars and researchers on it until it has become one of the most famous Islamic museums in the world
The House of the Qur’an includes many Islamic manuscripts and copies of the Holy Qur’an dating back to different eras. The numbers of copies and manuscripts inside the museum reach 10 thousand copies and a Qur’anic manuscript, the most important of which is the first version of the Qur’an, which was written during the reign of Caliph Othman bin Affan on newspapers and others.
As for the architecture of the museum, it is unique, as it was built along the lines of the old Islamic buildings dating back to the twelfth century.

• Wandering around and enjoying watching ancient manuscripts and copies of the Qur’an, especially important copies not only the first Qur’anic version of the era of Caliph Othman bin Affan, but there is also the first version of the Qur’an to be printed and was printed in Germany in 1694 AD

• It is necessary to visit the Museum of Life, which is one of the most important parts of the House of the Qur’an, as it consists of ten halls, each of which contains important copies of the Noble Qur’an and other Islamic manuscripts, brought from different countries of the Islamic world.
• Then you should visit the mosque attached to the Museum of the House of the Qur’an to see its beautiful engineering style and its carefully constructed parts such as the glass dome which is considered one of the largest domes in the world, as well as the blue mihrab made of porcelain.
• You can also visit the Al-Furqan Library, which is the museum’s library. It includes 25 thousand volumes in religious, scientific and literary sciences, most of which revolve around the Qur’an and its sciences. Books are not only in Arabic but there are books in English and French as well.
• You can also take a look at Yusuf bin Ahmed Kanoo School, a school of 8 classes dedicated to teaching the Noble Qur’an, intonation, recitation, and recitation principles.
• And if you want to enrich your trip to the Museum of the House of the Qur’an, you can attend one of the seminars, lessons, and lectures that take place inside the conference room, which in turn accommodates 150 people.
