Although the interiors of the place are designed with elegant touches and luxury in concept, Unique Rooftop Restaurant and Bar has a lot of comfort, and welcomes families with its fun and colorful Mexican concept, which also includes regular changes to the decorative props and menus. However, your visit here may not be your last! The restaurant spans two floors, among the best relaxing sites around the 25-meter infinity pool, and ends with an open-plan bar.
The bar offers a selection of stylish cocktails, some of which are specially designed to complement its changing appearances. A special tiki cocktail is an attempt that includes Ken kane: rum, orange liqueur, tamilo syrup, orange juice and brown sugar. For something refreshing and “tropical”, get “Jimbaran Smooth”: rum drink with triple syrup of almonds and almond slices with fresh ripe mango chops, strawberry slices, and litchi on top – served in a cool Hawaiian foyer valued at 320,000 Indonesian rupees or $ 24 USD per meal.
If you come with friends and want something unique to share, you can choose watermelon juice, with vodka, big mariner, vanilla syrup and mint leaves mixed in watermelon juice – apparently the whole watermelon fruit is actually served. And if you like something traditional, there is a red or white sangria mixed with lemon juice and served in a jug, which is good enough for a circle of four. They each worth 500,000 Indonesian rupees or US $ 38.
For snacks, there are delicious Mexican dishes, whether they are delicious snacks and appetizers to share such as tortilla soup, homemade tacos, enchiladas, burritos, fajitas, nicos, churros and more. You can get your requests in relaxed settings around the middle floor, or down in a huge daybed surrounded by the pool.
