- It was narrated from Abdullah bin Masoud that he said: We went out with the Messenger, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him outside Mecca, so the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, retained a line and said, “Do not go beyond him until I return to you.” Ibn Masoud says, “So when we slowed down, our work came to us for fear that it would be taken without us.” When we went to him, he said that I was with your brothers, who had two shares, and two shares of the people of Yemen and Iraq.
- There is another narration that says that the reason for the naming of the prison of jinn with this name is that he cannot enter this region, and that is that the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, read the Holy Qur’an in this region on a large group of jinn, which led to the entry of a group of them into the Islamic religion either.
