My trip to Poland

The trip focused on visiting Krakow, which I recommend visiting when traveling to Poland, as it includes many of the best tourist destinations in the country, and I show you part of my trip there through the following:

1. First day: Visit of the Chandler Museum

As soon as I arrived in Warsaw, the Polish capital, I headed to the train in order to travel to Krakow, as it took about three hours to get there, and I decided to stay in either the Grand Sheraton Krakow Hotel or the Radisson Blu Hotel Krakow, they are one of the best hotels in that city, but I decided Accommodation in one of the apartments in the Bogors neighborhood.
What made me settled on staying in this apartment is the right price, in addition to its location in a distinguished place, as the neighborhood overlooks the banks of the Sila River, and what attracted me most to it was that the apartment had its windows arched, so it gave the place another beauty, especially in the morning time and the reflection of sunlight on it.
Before arriving in Krakow, I read about its most important sights and decided to start the first day with a visit Chandler Factory Museum For lovers to visit museums, it is one of the most famous historical monuments in the city.
Chandler Factory Museum
Initially, this place was a factory owned by a person called Oscar Chandler. When the Nazi party broke out and the Holocaust occurred, Chandler managed to save the lives of more than 1,200 Jews and then worked on their employees to work inside this factory, which later turned into a museum.
The museum contains many pictures of Chandler’s life and work, as well as touring inside it enables you to get to know a lot about Krakow and their residents, whether Jews or non-Jews, and I enjoyed a lot of my visit to this place and it was an intense cultural dose for me.

2. The second day: Strolling around the Kazimierz neighborhood

On the second day, I decided to wander inside the old Jewish quarter, which is Kazimierz, which is located in the south of the old town and which witnesses a great tourist turnout. This neighborhood is a witness to the history of World War II, as it was destroyed when it erupted.

While wandering inside the neighborhood, I sat in one of the restaurants and ate there the best local food. After I finished eating the food, I visited one of the art galleries spread in this neighborhood to see the most beautiful paintings, and inside the neighborhood there are many boutique stores that display the finest fashion, as it is at evening This neighborhood becomes more beautiful and vibrant.

3. The third day: Visit the Wawel Castle

Wawel Castle
On the third day, I decided to start visiting the Wawel Castle, which is one of the best historical monuments in the city. In fact, it was one of the most beautiful castles I have ever seen in my life. Its unique architectural design attracted me from the outside, and it is also one of the largest in Poland.
Wawel Castle was at the beginning a residence for the kings who ruled Poland throughout history, and from the inside it is divided into several parts, they are oriental art exhibition, state rooms, armory, besides it is characterized by its wonderful decorations, especially when I enter the royal hall which includes many holdings and pieces Ancient antiquities.
I enjoyed a lot of sitting in the garden surrounding the castle, which gave her another beauty, and the castle directly overlooks a large pool of water to add to her an extraordinary outdoor scene.
After I finished visiting the castle, I went to Pierogarnia Słowiańska Uczta, which is one of the best restaurants in Krakow, where I ate there the most delicious cuisine, the classic pierogi rusky dumplings stuffed with fries and cheese, which is one of the best things I’ve ever had.
