Tourism in Ankara
Ankara is the capital of Turkey, which was formerly known as Angora, so that it is located in the northwestern part of the country. Ankara symbolizes independence and modernity for the Turkish people, and contains a mix of modern and historical elements in various neighborhoods, among the most important tourist attractions:
- Ankara Castle: Ankara Castle or Kaleici Castle was built primarily as a military defense and is now one of the most popular tourist destinations in Ankara.

Tourism in Amasya
Amasya is located in northern Turkey, and is famous for its apple fruit and its history dating back to ancient times. The Amasya Castle is one of the most famous monuments in the city, also known as the Castle of Harsina (in English: Harşena) due to its location on Mount Harsina overlooking the city, and has been attacked by Before the Persian, Romen, and Byzantine Empires, so that the castle was built after its destruction again in order to protect the city until the eighteenth century when it lost its strategic importance; visitors can see the tanks, water depots, and remains of the Ottoman bath after they reached the top of the mountain.
