Imam Reza shrine mosque
The shrine is located in the Iranian city of Mashhad, the mosque was built in 818 AD, and it is one of the largest mosques in the world, with an area of about 598,657 square meters. The mosque can accommodate approximately 500,000 worshipers. The mosque contains: a small mosque, museum, library, university, and a number of Prayer halls and other dining halls, in addition to seven spacious courtyards.
Drifting
The village of Tarqabah is located in a high mountainous area, specifically along the Penalud Mountains located in the city of Mashhad, with an area of about 1600 km2. The scenic green, and the village is famous for handicrafts such as carpets, fabrics, and weaving chains, and there are restaurants, places for rest, in addition to other tourist places such as the waterfalls of Khalkhand, the Galidra region, the Imam Yasser and Nasser shrine.
Shandiz Resort
The resort is located 37 km from the city of Mashhad, where it rises from the sea level approximately 1,400 meters. The Shandiz Resort is one of the most beautiful resorts in the city. The dense, in addition to the presence of valleys that are characterized by its green trees, and colorful wild flowers that are penetrated by rivers, and the resort includes many historical monuments that contain inscriptions, pictures, and stone carvings, which represent the history of the region.
Ferdowsi University
The university was established in 1949 AD, and it includes a number of colleges, including: the College of Humanities, the College of Mathematics, and the College of Medicine, but in 1989 AD the College of Medicine was separated, where it became an independent university named Mashhad University of Medical Sciences.
